Ualett is a fintech company offering cash advances and international money transfers to independent workers in the United States. The company was evolving from startup to scaleup, yet its website and app no longer reflected that growth. With a rebrand underway and new products on the way, the digital platform needed a complete reset.
The process
We redesigned the website and app around clarity, trust and a bilingual experience in English and Spanish. We refined the messaging, architecture and onboarding to guide users and make room for new products.
